Quickly generate list of Excel tabs

I have been looking at this post on inputting multiple tabs at once. 

 

Is there a way (within Alteryx) to quickly generate the list of Tab names to use in the Text Input tool?

Yes. When you select an Excel file you select 'List of Sheet Names' in the menu that pops up. This then, well.. gives you a list of sheet names.
