i need to connect this file.xlsx in my workflow bu whitout download in my computer...

From what I can tell, the spreadsheet needs to be a Google Sheet in order for you to use the API to view it. I didn't see .xlsx files that I'd dropped in my drive show up until I opened them in Sheets first.
