Quick grouping question

This is probably a quicky question for many of you. Smiley Happy  

 

I'm trying to group some data and I'm unsure about how to do it.  Below is an oversimplified example but I've attached a more in depth example csv as well.

You can use the summarize tool and group by employee_id. Then choose the concatenation function for the job number and use a space as the delimiter.

That seems to be moving me in the right direction but can you expand a bit?  How do I use that for the job number?
