Question about Optimization tool setup

I am trying to learn about tool, (by using Alteryx challenge 213), but getting different answers when I use variables in rows vs constraints in rows.

Is there error in the workflow or naming in the columns?

Please sort items of A input in the same order of O input.

Thanks for answer, I thought they would pick the text field up, seems not then.

I shall add a sort tool into it.
