Query related to Alteryx Server Usage Report

Hi,

I need to build a workflow which will generate the Alteryx Server Usage Report in .pdf file on daily basis. 

I checked the page - https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Engine-Works/Alteryx-Server-Usage-Monitoring-amp-Reporting/ba-p/356..., but I couldn't found the Analytics app as shown. 

Not found in - https://alteryx.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

Someone please help me giving the file.

Hey @EN6924 the Alteryx Server Usage Report should be located in the second link https://alteryx.flexnetoperations.com/flexnet/operationsportal/startPage.do

In Product Downloads, click on Alteryx Server and then click on your version of Alteryx Server (in my case its 2022.1 in the screenshot below) 

And the usage report should be available for you to download (see screenshot below)

@EN6924 can you click on that ADAPT Program dropdown that's right above "Announcement" and click a different account listed, and then refresh the page.  There's also an article troubleshooting a similar issue, you could try some of those solutions; link below. If all else fails, reach out to fulfillment@alteryx.com
