Publish to Tableau error: Hyper Database Engine has Stopped Working

Hi Everyone -

I'm running a Workflow on Alteryx server using the Publish to Tableau tool.  It works great for smaller files.  I'm now trying to move ~4Gb to Tableau online and I'm getting the dreaded "Tableau Hyper Database Engine has Stopped Working" error.  This is a known Tableau issue for Tableau Desktop, but I've never seen it in this context.  Could this be a memory issue? Anyone seen this before?

Thx!

Jesse

Hi @JWeissman,

I was seeing this timeout error with some of my workflows that published to Tableau. The problem was fixed when I reconfigured the tool to output a tde file instead of hyper. Unfortunately I'm not sure how to fix it while keeping it in hyper format... that may be a larger Tableau problem.

Best,

mmenth
