Possible help with Workflow

Good morning everyone,

I recently had a small problem with a project I was working on, and I would like yo ask for you advice on what I did wrong.

In general, I need to read the data in the sample file, the join it with (Text input) to see if it is a new data.If so, process it as  mid joint, else(left join) look up this ID in the mapping table because the data will only appear on specific day.

But I found a problem if I needed to re-run this workflow on that day.Since the mapping table record historical data, the data has been recorded in the first run, which result a left join in Join Tool 2.But I need to keep the left join since there is a possible case that the data disappeared before the settlement date from sheet 2(field name), and I need to find out from the mapping Table and reflect it as (sheet2=0).

I would like it it looks like the first image no matter how many time I run on the same day.
