I am trying to determine the following from my given data

1. Determine increasing grade (2 week)

 - Get same weekending and same student name and get their highest grade.  from their highest grade compare to the next weekending if grade is higher then it increasing.

Note: only get fluctuating so we will remove single row that is only consist of one week

Output

2/5/2021EdroseJam4
1/22/2021EdroseChes3
2/5/2021EsronRach4
1/22/2021EsronTwin3
