Pivot troubles

Hi All, unsure why I am stuck on this. Need to take user IDs with multiple attributes and pivot them as follows:

 

Original Data:

xlsx of both are attached...

 

Trying to use the Cross Tab tool with no luck. Any suggestions, please?

Hi @Jeff_Murfin you need to use the transpose tool instead.

I amended the workflow to get the order to match your output. I had to use a combination of a Record ID tool and Multi Row in order to sort corretly.
