Pivot Table Format Change Assistance

Hi everyone,

Does anyone know how I might be able to translate this Alteryx output into the Excel output attached? In my workflow, I used the select tool with summarize to get these results. Any insight is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you, it worked very well! It looks like I need a count column to make this work! My one last question is that there's a null output. How do I get it to say Total?

Formula would work - IF [Dashboard Grouping]=Null() THEN "Total" ELSE [Dashboard Grouping] ENDIF

I am glad it worked - please make sure to accept the most useful responses as solutions so others can know what was most helpful. Thank you!

Thank you for your assistance here. Everything Turned out perfectly! I have another somewhat similar pivot table that I need to build! Will give it a shot to see if the same concepts apply.
