Pick row when sumarizing

I'm trying to summarize my data utilizing the position of the rows, like in the print below.

Any help wold be appreciated, i'm stuck in this for a few hours.

It is close, but not quite what I need.

In my database, there is some rows in witch the key and field1 are repeated.

For example, if one more row is added as in the print below, the lines are not summarized as needed.
