I recently updated to Version: 2025.1.1.27 and I can no longer copy/paste in chunks of workflow from one Alteryx workflow to another. I have tried using both the keyboard shortcuts and clicking on Copy/ Paste in Edit.

Having the same issue as j1ergu and hankirby. Issue seems to come and go (tried the 2023 version as well, same issue). Clipboard is working fine in other applications. Has anyone had success with Support? I have a ticket outstanding currently but they haven't made any progress.
Another user and I are having the same issue with Copy/Paste not working. Although other users under the same version at our company can Copy/Paste like normal. Clipboard also working fine everywhere but Alteryx.
Support had me uninstall, remove all Alteryx program files from my computer, then reinstall the latest version. This fixed the issue for that single time of logging in only. Every time since then I have run into the same issue of not being able to copy/paste. It is unreasonable to have to completely remove the program to be able to use such a basic function. I have tried restarting Alteryx multiple times, double checked all settings, read through all the articles, and nothing has fixed it permanently.
Note:
Initial right click displays all normal options, and able to select "copy"
Secondary right click to paste only gives the following options:
Zoom
Insert
Find Tool
using keyboard controls is no different.
Melissa - I may have found the root cause. Are you by any chance using Citrix on your machine? I was using it to access another application i don't have installed locally. Once i closed out of all Citrix windows including background processes (need to go to the Task Manager and end all citrix related processes). Once i did that, copy and paste within Designer worked again.
I suspect that Citrix is hijacking the clipboard and taking access away from Alteryx
I believe you may be right! After disconnecting from Citrix, I am able to utilize the copy/paste feature. Thank you for the insight! I am going to open a ticket with my IT department to see if there's a Citrix setting that they can determine is overriding.
