Please see attached workflow and its result below. Requirement is to put presentation title on one page, table1 and table2 on 2nd page and table3 and table4 on 3rd page. When I apply Individual it puts every thing on a separate page and when I group it puts all together.

See my workflow attached. I have unioned 1&2 and 3&4 and used separate layout tools for each of them and then unioned those together to create one pdf with the title on one page, 1&2 on page 2 and 3&4 on page 3. If this solves your problem, please mark as a solution!
