PDF text mining in a consolidated PDF of many policies

Hello, I'm trying to use "Image Template" to capture the position of policy number fields which appear on the 1st page of each policy.

  1. This pdf can contain any number of policies.
  2. The information i need will appear on the 1st page of the policies.
  3. How do i tell "Image Template" that i need to capture the policy number again on another page in the same pdf without doing annotations manually again?

For example, this PDF contains 3 policies and the 1st page of each will appear on Page 1, 3 and 10.
