Hi,

I need to pull a list of firms from database that have no contacts. I built a workflow but not sure how to do this logic. I'm wondering if I need to use summarize or count records tool. The reason is I tried summarize tool to group by firm id and count contacts under each firm but it did not return any zero count. Can someone please help me out with this to get output as below? Thanks in advance!

Are you able to provide a screenshot or small sample of your data? Hard to tell what's going on in your workflow without it.
