Output to multiple workbook based on Name and also add summary tab

hi :) 

I am trying to output by names so in my case it will be 3 excel workbook for each person. I have done this part by adding fullpath.

Now wanted to add another summary tab for each person's workbook. How can I archive this? :) Sample output as attached.

All you need to do is append the individual file names to the data, then it's exactly what you've already done in the first case.

Looking again, do you only want the summary for the single person?  That's even easier, you can just create/edit the file name for the summary sheet
