Output to an excel sheet and comparing them

Hi,

I am working on a solution for my client where i have a live sql database to know the leavers in the company from today and next 90 days bracket and then we write this to an excel sheet. for the first time we run this after that the next day when we run we want to compare yesterdays data to today data again to from sql to find out the new leavers that are leaving and write them to a different worksheet. Basically we want to know the leavers in the company every day and also keep the record of old leavers name for 90 days. I am  trying to build a solution but writing the data to excel is a challange as i cannot find any delay option to update  the sheet . Just wanted to ask if there is a delay option or anything that i can put in alteryx of a day or something or any other approach anyone might have on this. It will be a great help. Thanks!
