Output to SharePoint Error

I'm getting an error trying to output to a SharePoint list:

 

SharePoint List Output (3) Error Adding Record #: 1 Error: 0x80070057Bad parameter passed to Web Server Extensions. Check the information you entered and try again.

 

Any Ideas?
