Hi, me again.
Yesterday I asked if I could get multiple tabs based on a column in the output, and there is a way, which is great.
However, I need the output now to be formatted to a certain standard, which i am doing in "table" tool.
The problem here is that the output from "table" tool is that it recognizes just one field, which is "table", and therefore cannot pick the column that I want in order for it to make the tabs.
Is there any way to format AND to have an output as tabs from a column?

Hi @nataliad18
When we use any reporting tools, then we need to use Render tool for the output.
Many thanks

Hey there @nataliad18, whenever you output reporting snippets like a Table or chart etc, you need to Render the results, rather than via the standard Output Data tool. I wrote a blog a while ago which details how to split your output into separate sheets, taking custom names from a field in your data. Hope this helps: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Engine-Works/How-to-Render-to-Multiple-Named-Excel-Sheets/ba-p/1015...

Thanks both - but if I use Render, then I cannot split the output by tabs based on a column, right? (like Philips solution here : https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Designer-Desktop-Discussions/Output-file-tabs/m-p/1118441#M... for tabs?)
