Output in Excel Template or Create like template

Hello Eveyrone,

I have to generate excel output where,

first row and column have company logo - Every time same

Data will be in Row 4 - No of rows may change depending on the input.

After the data respective digital signature of particular user - Dynamic & we can able to store in somewhere or limited number of people

after the signature we have some final data.

Can we able to configure the output based on the above conditions or is there any way to generate the output and automatically it needs to be sent as email. Kindly assit.
