Output Conflicted Copy

Hello, I would appreciate the help on the following. I have multiple separate workflows that output to the same Excel output file and I run these workflows back to back as much as possible. However, in some instances I end up with a "conflicted copy" of the Output file in the same folder that the initial Output file is located in. Is there a way to eliminate this or determine why this is happening?
