hi @SH_94

Usually I create subfolders for Inputs, Outputs and Workflows within a folder that I create for each task, and then save as "All relative". Then when I share the workflows with team, I just share the entire folder on a common drive. You can consider this as an viable option going forward for easier project management.

Back to your question, it looks like the assets that are supposed to be packaged within the zp were not packaged correctly, and some files could not be located. I see that the file reference is Absolute (e.g. C:\Users\xxx) and maybe the .yzzp is pointing to another person's laptop. Another possible reason is that the file name is too long and the Excel / CSV files cannot be opened.

Perhaps you can try the relative path to see if this time your issue is resolved.
Dawn.

Dear @DawnDuong ,

Thank you for your prompt response. When you mention to save as " All relative", may i know how to do that? Could you guide me via screenshot? or the steps to do it?

Many thanks for your help.

hi @SH_94

From the ribbon on top:

Options> Advanced Options> Workflow dependencies.

Set "All relative"

Cheers,
Dawn.
