Nulling values after certain rows and calculating date differences

Hey, 

 

Fairly new to this and kind of at a stalepoint with this exercise. I am trying to retain the info for dates the go back consecutively from year end. I am also trying to get the differences between the various dates but to no avail. 

 

Attached is the challenge, please help me out ;(
