Null string replacement with value

Hi there, can anyone assist me with the following query. The objective is to replace the "null" under "castle hill" on row 1 with the value on row 2. Otherwise i will end up with 100 rows as each header will have their own value.. thank you so much.

generally i guess it due to the crosstab issue. 
where you accident included the header in the group data. (the first arrow)
just remove the header in group will do
