No output when using AMP Engine

I have an issue with the non AMP engine and XML, I think its a bug and have logged a support call, but in the mean time I was trying to use the AMP engine since this gives me the correct results.  The problem is, I get no output!  Disable AMP output and it creates Excel files, enable AMP, it completes without error, but doesnt seem to even try to write the files, I see no errors or anything

Without screenshots, an example workflow or knowing what version you're running, it would be difficult to troubleshoot it. I have had no issues thus far with AMP and XML.
