I have attached the data I am currently working with but filtered out the sensitive data. I need help creating a new column with the following details.
1) I need to create a new column "YTD Accr Calc after Taken to Date", filter on [Accrual Code Name] on "US-Personal Leave" and [Worker type] "HF" and also [Worker Type ] "HP", from there on excel, we use Round([Opening Vested Balance]+([Earned to Date] /12 *number of months YTD)- [Taken to Date],2) ---- Then replace all negative amounts with zero.
I have been working on this for some time and have really been struggling!
