Nested parameter -interface Dropdown tool

Hello Experts , we have an requirement as based on 1st dropdown ( Interface tool Populated from Oracle DB)  selecting second Dropdown ( From Oracle DB) list needs to populated ( we are using Chained apps to populate 1st dropdown from DB 

For an example 

 First Drop down - List of Sale Representatives 

  2nd Drop down       Based on sales Representative need to select cities associated with him/her 

 Could you please help to achieve this  ?

I see no other way that having another chained app for the new list, since the problem you have is the same as the first list

   Yes no options other then chained app and one more challenge in chained app is "it will stop user in  question  page  though there is no question " as below screenshot before run next app which will confuse Business user
