Summarize tool - duplicate grouping field "Name" Specified

How come im getting this error

whats happening here? I was able to get this to work in another workflow but this is not working

@wonka1234 I think it's because you are trying to Group By Name twice. Change the second Group By to a Min/Max and rename it 'Value'.
