Need to merge two files based on condition

I have attached input as well as the expected output here.

My concern is, I have input 1 sheet with data like AAAABBBBCCCC,DDDD,LLLLMMMM and input 2 sheet like AAAA=24,BBBB=87,CCCC=44,DDDD=79,LLLL=64,MMMM=81. So my expected output is 

AAAABBBBCCCC

24*87*44

DDDD	79
LLLLMMMM	64*81

Please help me on this
