Need help to combine files and get snapshot of data based on month /year in alteryx

Hi Alteryx team

I have a requirement that I get every month same structure of files with minor changes of column names
I would like to combine all sheets and wanted to include the date field based on received files
so that when I select jan22 it shows only the Jan file and when I select nov21 it should show nov file data

 I have actuals for YTD Months and outlook for the remaining months so it changes every month
please see attached file for sample structure

Can you please provide some ideas to achieve this to get a snapshot of data based on month/year so that it automatically pulls all months of data?
