Need help on Dynamic File Input Tool

Hi guys, 

Hope everything is going well with you and your family. 

Got an urgent question here. 

I have a workflow that downloads the data from StaCanada. The workflow will also unzip the file and write the numbers to the SQL database. The workflow works well for the whole half-year but some of the returns suddenly stopped working today.

I got one error message and one warning messgae:

(1)  Dynamic Input (80): C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\Engine_18660_374929e585694e75b1aaaf756460ebd5_\Extract\36100434.csv". Make sure the file path is correct.

(2) Dynamic Input (59): The file "C:\Users\AppData\Local\Temp\Engine_18660_374929e585694e75b1aaaf756460ebd5_\Extract\36100434.csv" has a different number of fields than the 1st file in the set and will be skipped

I understand the workflow will stop working when the schema changes. So I replaced all the templates... No luck Same Error. 

I tried to play around with it and it worked when I copied the working workflow and replaced the URL in the first icon.

I am so confused. It is the same workflow but why it is not working...

Please help!!!

I have attached 3 workflows in the Test file. The first one works well and the second one is not working. I copied the first workflow and replaced the link with the second one. It works...

Please help!!!
