Q. How can I fix it?

Q. How can I filter out the records which are selected in 'Checkbox' ?

If the value from the checkbox is not present anywhere on the table in Alteryx, I don't think it is possible to get that information straightforward. You can have a separate column that will change it's value (true, false) based on the checkbox selection. Then you can use this column in Alteryx to filter on it.
