Need final row as only single value for a group

If you want to set the "Response" to the new field only at the first line of a group of [Name], here is one way.

Workflow

Multi-Row Formula

IF IsEmpty([Row-1:Name]) THEN [Response]
ELSE Null()
ENDIF
