Need Help - Rows to Stacked Columns

Hello,

I started with to use Alteryx several days ago and would need community's assistance in the transform rows to stacked column as I am currently stuck in the process. I have attached the original data format and desired format respectively in different tabs. Any thoughts/assistance would really be appreciated!!

Here is how you can do it. You can use the transpose tool.
