Multiplying Rows X Through Y

Hello Alteryx Community

I am trying to calculate a column called return since inception, based on data that I receive in quarterly format. I can easily calculate returns over finite time horizons. However, if I want to create a since inception return, the timelines differ by property. Meaning I am not sure how to multiply rows A-X, where A is the first return available by property and X is the last available return by property. please see the format below and provide any suggestions you may have.

Hi @deberryc If I understand correctly this can be done using a multi-row formula as one possibility.

Not sure how old vs new building comes into play but if done at a per building basis you can group by the building.
