Hi,
Please consider the following example as a sample data and i have removed the output data due to confidentiality.
Condition:
I have more than 15 files and I want to save the output that that have same column name and type.
I want to save the data in single excel file with different tabs (more than 15).
Error:
I am running the same workflow for say 10 times:
3-4 times it is running successfully and remaining times it is showing the following errors
1. Unable to create a backup file.
2. Access denied.
Please help me on this , as much time i run the workflow it should execute without any error.
It is a sample file if you wish you can create another sample files

Have you tried to use a formula in order to create the tabs then generate the file:
Below I have a single file with 10 tabs:
Attached the workflow,
Hope that helps,
Regards,
I had similar experience when exporting more than 150 tabs with similar error.
It seems that something to do with the allocated memory.
Can you try with another PC with larger memory installed?
@Qiu yes i tried in all other possible PCs but sill no progress
@vijaylnyadav
I would recommend the approach as suggested by @messi007
The Analytic App somehow also consumes more resource.
Would that be acceptable?
@messi007 I am still facing the same error.
Attached is the error image please help me on this because of this my assignment is imcomplete.
@vijaylnyadav
I fix one minor issue in your workflow and it ran with no issue.
Though we might want to check the output path since it contains some not "normal" characters.
Can you move the whole folder directly under C Drive and try again.
@Qiu I am getting the following errors:
Output Data (4) Unable to create backup of C:\Users\...\Desktop\Mulitpletabs\Outputtest.xlsx to C:\Users\...\Desktop\Mulitpletabs\Outputtest.xlsx.bak: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (32)
For 3-4 try it ran successfully but it throws the above errors when not successful.
If i try for 20 times it will run for around 8-9 times successfully but remaining times it is throwing errors.
I created a batch macro in order to filter based on each Id:
Attached the workflow.
Don't forget to update the input question with employee ID on the macro input.
Hope that Helps!
