Multi row/field formula (?) help

Hi,

Can someone assist with a way of duplicating the value in "Total" row to all other rows above?

I would not use a multi-row formula for this. If you know the total will be the last row, I would use the same tool to select the last 1 row then append single row DIRECT LABOR data set to the original data set.
