Multi Formula Filling in Column

I'm trying to create a multi-row formula that will for future dates fill in the missing onhand details until the month has happened.

So for 3/1/20, I would like to do the calculation 185-27 and show 158 for the onhand date 3/1/20, etc for the future months.

For 4/1/20 I would then like to show 158-26 = 132 for the onhand.
