Move the data in rows to a single row

I am looking to move my data from "this" format to "that" format in Alteryx. Please see the excel file "Sample" attached. 

My actual data has multiple rows of the same ID and I need all data in one row by ID.

Here would be my approach at this.

I would also use Tile tool for this.

We can of course do some fine tuning but basically it should look like this.
