Model Comparison Tool Does not Work with Logistic Regression Tool

klonergan

When running the new Logistic Regression Tool and the Model Comparison tool, the error "The provided data does not contain the target variable" is shown (or "The target variables differ across the provided models" if run with a union of multiple models).   It works fine with older versions of the logistic regression tool, but I'd like to make use of the regularized regression options in the new tool.  Does anyone know why this happens?  Thank you.

Any chance this will be fixed for new model versions?

@Atabarezz- absolutely, this is on the roadmap.  No ETA yet, though, unfortunately...

:+1: to please address this, Model Comparison tool is essential for teaching predictive analytics to business students using Alteryx. It's difficult to have to teach students workarounds for tool nuances while also teaching core analytics principles.
