Merit Matrix

Hello,

As an HR employee I'm interested in using Alteryx to help allocate pay increases using a merit matrix. I'd ideally like Alteryx to calculate the percentage of an employee based on their personal comparatio (first row) and the performance (first column).

Would this be possible?

This workflow will assign the comparatio value based on the matrix provided.

Yes its possible, however I see the input file employees contain comparatio as 0.96 and 1 

But in the merit matrix has 90-100% and 100-120% (Hope it should be 90-99.99% or 100.01-120%)

If not, the above comparatio will fall under 90-100% which will be incorrect in the output derived.

Kindly check and confirm
