Merge Column Headers

Hi,

I trying to merge column headers, I have searched in community, but I could not find the solution, exactly what I am looking for or the solutions found are complicate. Can anyone help me with a simple solution.

I want o merge two column headers and display the data as it is below the merged cell. I want my first table like the second one below.
