Memory error when creating hyper file

Hi Community,

 

I tried to create a hyper file for Tableau.

 

But it came up following error.

 

Any ideas on a fix of this? My machine has a 32GB RAM.

my machine has a 32GB RAM and I tried to change the memory limit to 28000MB.

 

But alteryx kept reverting the limit to 24000 MB
