Match between - Two columns - Full name in one and abbrevation in another

Hi Team,

Hope you are well.

I have two files. One with column "TR" another file has column "TR1"

I need to match between TR and TR1 and see which ones are matching.

Problem is one of file has column values (mixed) with abbrevation like "keo" and another file has the column values has the full name "kettle enabled oriented".

how can i get the match?
