Manipulating and transposing data

Hi!

I have a data set that I need assistance with please.

The data contains a number of ID's and details of courses that have been completed with the date they were completed. What I am trying to do is as follows:

1) Create 1 row per ID

2) Pull through the most recent course completion date (eg if course Course 1 had three completion dates only show the most recent)

3) Create a field called "has had development" which calculates how many courses each ID has joined but only count if the completion date is within the last 2 years
