Malformed if statement

I am trying to right the below formula. Why does this give me a malformed if statement? Many thanks,

Did you pick string as a format of the cell? 

Are you sure that GIA column is in a numeric format?

Replace else if with elseif 

No space between.

GIA Aging column is Int16 and I did pick string format for the cell
