Malformed If Statement

I'm trying to fix my IF statement (see screenshot below), but I keep getting this error:

"Parse Error at char(350): Malformed If Statement (Expression #1)"

 

Any suggestions on how to fix the error? Thanks!

Hi @janellel you don't need the If after your AND arguments.
