Need some thoughts on below workflow.
Last week I was looking for some help in this community and got some ideas to see if I need to use standard workflow or macros for my logic. I got some inputs and tried to tweak that workflow as per my requirements. All I was trying to do is read .csv files from a folder and look for the files that start with Insert_contacts/Update_contacts filename and count the records in the file and show that as the output.
I am using the below workflow where a user from this community had suggested the macros way. I'm getting the output but not able to follow one thing. When I want to read files and record count for particular month, I update the value in the filter to 01,02 etc but not sure if the macros connected to the filter works. The macro is in the form of a textbox but when I run the workflow nothing pops up to enter the month value and every time I update the filter. Any thoughts on this or do I need to take off the macros?

I am sorry if I understood you wrongly, but it gives the impression that you are using "Run Workflow" command, where you should use "Run as analytic App".
