Looking up values on second input file and extract related values to original file

Hi, This is a bit general so no example file just yet, I have an input file with a list of acc numbers and I need to reference a table which also contains these numbers. If I was using excel I would use a vlookup, how best to do this from within Alteryx in both scenario's? If the table is located within the wf how do I cross reference and pull data from it into the original file?

'Find and Replace' tool is similar to vlookup in excel.
