Hi Community,

I would like to ask how do we make labeling for the input data below:

I have also attached the file below for reference.

Thank you.

I think what you're after is the 'Text Input' tool.

Drag it onto the canvas, then you can write what you want into it, just like in Excel

Hi @BS_THE_ANALYST ,

Thank you for the response. As i have huge data, and i am looking for the way to do the labelling for each row. Do you know if there is any formula that can build the labeliing?

Thanks

So, for example, everytime you see one of these months mentioned above, you'd like to assign to it the label which corresponds to it? Like a lookup table?

All the best,
BS

Hi @BS_THE_ANALYST ,

Yes, i would like to label each month with the example attached before . However, i am currently exploring the multiple row formula tool to update the field but i not too sure how to build it.

Thanks

Hi @SH_94

One way of doing this

Perhaps this is what you're looking for:

Here's a column of months:

BS_THE_ANALYST_0-1674159417669.png

Here's a lookup (reference) table below. Where I see a month listed below, in the table above, I wanted to assign it the corresponding label

BS_THE_ANALYST_1-1674159434777.png

Result:

BS_THE_ANALYST_2-1674159486218.png

It will output NULL if there was no corresponding label.

Is this what you're looking for? I've attached the workflow. This is using the find and replace tool!

All the best,
BS

Hi @Felipe_Ribeir0 ,

Thank you for the prompt response. Would like to ask if there is possibility to use multiple row formula in this case.

Reason being i asked this is i do have lot of column and i plan to use mutiple row formula to keep the owrklfow simplify.

THank you.
